Welcome to MarocHub. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform. Please read them carefully before using our services.
By creating an account or using MarocHub, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms govern your use of the MarocHub website and mobile application.
You must be at least 18 years old to use MarocHub. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Businesses must be legally registered in Morocco to post commercial listings or sell products.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts for deceptive purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You may post property listings, vehicle listings, job postings, and products subject to our content guidelines. All listings must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading. You may not post: counterfeit or prohibited items, illegal services, content that infringes third-party rights, spam or duplicate listings, or content that is defamatory, obscene, or harmful. MarocHub reserves the right to remove any content and suspend any account that violates these rules without prior notice.
Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the quality of goods and services they sell, honouring confirmed orders, and complying with all applicable Moroccan commercial laws. MarocHub is a marketplace and is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed.
Basic listing on MarocHub is free. Sellers who use our e-commerce features are subject to commission fees as specified in their seller agreement. Promoted listings and featured placements may incur additional fees. All fees are listed transparently in your seller dashboard.
You may not: use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities, attempt to circumvent our security systems, scrape or harvest data from the platform without permission, use automated tools to post listings or contact users, or interfere with the proper functioning of the platform.
The MarocHub brand, logo, and platform design are owned by MarocHub. Content you post remains yours, but you grant us a licence to display it on the platform. You may not reproduce or redistribute our platform code or branding without permission.
MarocHub is provided "as is". We are not liable for: losses arising from transactions between users, inaccurate listing information, unauthorised access to your account, or platform downtime. Our total liability for any claim is limited to fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Disputes should first be addressed by contacting [email protected]. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Moroccan courts.
We may update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
